Stay safe and healthy abroad
If you are travelling abroad you may need to be vaccinated. Please can you complete the travel questionnaire before hand so our nurse will be able to check with your medical record if vaccinations are needed. One of our reception staff will call to book you an appointment if you are needing vaccines or booster.
It is important to make this to be done at least eight weeks before you travel.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription which cost more than the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
