We are looking for new patients to join our Patient Participation Group, we would particularly welcome some of our patients under the age of 25 as at the moment this age group is not represented.
The group consists of registered patents at this practice who meet once every 3 months to discuss what is happening within the practice, any changes, review of surveys, how we can improve services etc…
If you would like to meet the Clinical Team and shape the way our services are delivered, please ask for more information. The Group gets together approximately once every few months after afternoon surgery and it lasts for about an hour.
If you would like to join the patient participation group please ask to speak to Sarah, Practice Manager or leave your details with reception and someone will get back to you.
