Appointments
To book an appointment, call the surgery on: 01924 384498, Option 1. You may be asked by our Receptionist briefly why you want the appointment so you can be directed to the appropriate service.
Appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals. You can arrange an appointment with the Doctor/Nurse of your choice by either calling the Practice or booking online.
Please note we have increased the number of appointments you can book online.
**From 1st March 2024 we ask that if you require an AM (Morning) appointment you call at 8am. If you need a PM (afternoon) appointment you call the practice from 11am. If you have access to SystmOne online or the NHS app. The same booking appointments will be live for all patients to book too as well as reception.

Triage clinic
There is a Triage Surgery every day for emergencies when there are no routine appointments available on the day. Please telephone 01924384498 and press 1. Phone lines open at 8.00am. This service is led by a different clinician every day. All patients requesting a same day appointment will be contacted by the duty clinician to assess the urgency of the problem. This will ensure your problem is dealt with on the same day.
Once again your co-operation with this system is sought so that your family healthcare needs can be effectively & speedily assessed in a fair & responsive manner.
Home visit
Requests for home visits should be ideally made before 10.30am. All calls for home visits will initially be triaged by the duty clinician. Again, please phone 01924384498, option 1.
