From 1st July 2024
We will no longer be accepting paper requests for prescriptions
We understand that this transition may require some adjustment, which is why we are providing alternative options for your prescription requests.
You can request your prescriptions through the following channels:
- Dedicated Prescription Telephone Line: This service is available for your convenience 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Simply call 01924 663064 and follow the automated instructions. Reception will need to issue you with a person PIN number to use the service.
- NHS App: The App offers a secure and convenient way to manage your prescription requests. Once we have processed your prescription and sent it to your nominated pharmacy, you will be able to see this in the App – no more phone calls to the practice to see if it is ready.
- SystmOne Online: You can log into the online service via our website at any time of day or night to order your prescription.
- Local Pharmacist: Local pharmacies can offer a service whereby they can order your prescription on your behalf. There is an eligible criteria and enquiries will need to be made directly with the pharmacy of your choice.
DON’T WORRY, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
We have arranged for our digital team to support you with setting up the NHS App and using SystmOne online. The team will be available in the waiting room on Monday 10th June between 1pm – 3pm to provide guidance and assistance to ensure you can comfortably transition to digital prescription ordering.
